Are you agents or middlemen?
No. We are a family business: all apartments belong to us or are under our long-term lease. You do not pay agency commissions that often add 25-80% on top. Renting a daily apartment in Chisinau directly from us means paying only for your stay.
Do I need to pay a deposit in advance?

What is the minimum rental period?

What are check-in and check-out times? Can I arrive early or leave late?
Standard check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. If the apartment is free, there are no other guests before or after your booking and it is ready - early check-in and late check-out are possible at no extra charge. Ask when booking and we will do our best to help.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes, discounts are possible - terms can be discussed when booking, depending on the length of stay and the apartment chosen.
Do I pay separately for electricity, heating or internet?
No. The nightly rate includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and other costs - no hidden fees.
Can I rent several apartments nearby? Is there a discount?
Yes. We offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments for daily rent in Chisinau - so you can choose the right option for your group or family. All units are 1-2 minutes' walk from each other; some are in the same entrance or on the same floor. When booking several apartments, terms and a possible discount can also be discussed.
How do I get from the airport to the apartments?
We do not provide airport transfers. Taxis in Chisinau are inexpensive: the ride to our central apartments takes about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. A budget option is trolleybus No. 30 (about €0.35, roughly 31 minutes): it runs directly from the airport - get off at the UNIC stop, a few minutes' walk from our apartments.
Can I cook in the kitchen? Is there cookware?
Yes. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: dishes, pans, pots, a gas stove and dishwashing supplies. You can cook comfortably throughout your stay.

Where are your apartments located?
Location is one of our main advantages. Our apartments for short-term rental in Chisinau are in the city centre, one block below the intersection of Stefan cel Mare and Ismail streets. They face quiet courtyards, away from road noise. Nearby are cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stations and public transport stops. The main square is 10-12 minutes on foot or two stops by transport.
Can I smoke in the apartments or stay with pets?
No. Smoking is prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova - in apartments, stairwells and even on the balcony. Pets are also not allowed in our apartments for daily rent in Chisinau.
