The apartment is one block from Stefan cel Mare Boulevard - the main street of Chisinau. The central square is a few stops or a short walk away. Surrounding buildings shield the home from road noise. The residence is on a gated territory with CCTV in the entrance and courtyard parking. A large fenced children’s playground is visible from the windows.

There are many shopping centers, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and public transport stops nearby.
